EAT THE RAINBOW
EAT THE RAINBOW

Let's start with fruit. It is usually the first section you see as you enter a grocery store. Fruit is important for many reasons-vitamins, minerals, fiber, and other plant chemicals called phytonutrients. The most popular are apples, oranges, bananas and grapes. QUEST 1: Find a fruit to represent each color of the rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green. blue, indigo, violet.
